📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse • Create custom connectors and APIs to integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and user requirements • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party platforms • Develop seamless, secure, high-quality data flows across systems • Monitor and optimize Power Platform application performance • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Implement security measures and conduct audits to ensure compliance and system integrity • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members • Gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver business-value solutions • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports • Automate workflows and processes to improve productivity and decision-making • Stay current with Power Platform features and best practices • Propose innovative improvements to systems and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse • Proficiency in developing model-driven and canvas apps • Strong understanding of integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services • Experience with custom connectors, APIs, and data gateways • Knowledge of SQL Server, Dataverse, or other relational databases • Familiarity with C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python • Experience with Microsoft CoPilot and other AI tools • Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Azure Fundamentals, or Azure Developer Associate • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Leadership and mentoring experience • Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end Power Platform solutions • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools • Familiarity with compliance and security best practices in Power Platform development
