📋 Description

• Oversee civil self-perform team management and subcontract performance across projects • Act as an advocate for company values and promote positive project attitudes • Support hiring, training, and mentoring of new team members • Provide oversight to civil self-perform and subcontracted managers • Drive project execution regarding productivity, cost, and schedule • Facilitate risk analysis and mitigation • Attend project and status meetings with team and clients • Ensure project construction aligns with design, budget, and schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field or equivalent experience • Minimum 10 years of self-perform civil leadership experience • Strong knowledge of civil solar construction and project execution • Ability to read and apply civil drawings and specifications • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office • Certifications: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, SWPPP Training
