📋 Description
• Oversight responsibility for civil self-perform team management and Sub-Contract performance across a portfolio of projects • Acts as a driver of company culture • Mentor civil self-perform Construction Managers, ACM’s, Superintendents, and other high potential talent • Support pre-construction efforts and participate in meetings and site visits • Ensure performance of civil self-perform and subcontracted personnel meets expectations • Assist civil self-perform teams with craft-related items including hiring and performance management
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field or equivalent experience • Minimum 10 years of self-perform civil leadership experience • OSHA 30 • First Aid/CPR • SWPPP Training
