• Source new GPU supply across NeoClouds, data center operators, cloud infrastructure providers, and other technical infrastructure suppliers • Build, manage, and grow a supplier relationship pipeline from initial outreach through signed agreement • Negotiate pricing, reserved capacity, SLAs, payment schedules, deposits, contract terms, and termination provisions • Own supplier negotiations through execution of LOIs, MSAs, order forms, and other commercial agreements • Conduct commercial diligence on suppliers, validating GPU capacity, technical capabilities, operational reliability, and counterparty risk • Partner with Sales and Finance to align supplier agreements with customer demand and marketplace economics • Work with Legal to ensure supplier contracts reflect negotiated commercial terms • Monitor market pricing, supplier availability, capacity trends, and competitive dynamics • Represent Hyperbolic at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings • Develop scalable processes and best practices as the global supply network expands
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field • Approximately 4–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, supply, sales, or commercial roles within cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, or enterprise technology • Experience negotiating commercial agreements involving infrastructure, cloud services, hosting, colocation, dedicated servers, GPUs, or similar technical products • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with experience managing deals from sourcing through contract execution • Ability to evaluate deal economics, pricing structures, margins, and commercial tradeoffs • Comfortable reviewing commercial contract language, including SLAs, payment terms, liability provisions, and operational commitments • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust across suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and ambiguity • Passion for AI infrastructure and desire to stay current on the compute ecosystem • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Nice-to-have: experience with NeoClouds, GPU providers, data centers, hyperscalers, hosting companies, or infrastructure marketplaces • Nice-to-have: exposure to financial modeling, marketplace economics, or pricing strategy • Nice-to-have: experience with infrastructure procurement, capacity planning, or hardware supply chains • Nice-to-have: existing relationships within the AI infrastructure, GPU, or cloud ecosystem
