📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary technical lead for civil/structural engineering efforts • Oversee all civil/structural engineering efforts to ensure deliverables are submitted on time and in compliance • Conduct and review civil/structural engineering designs and studies to develop deliverables • Lead, manage, and mentor the civil/structural design team on the technical delivery of PV and BESS projects • Develop and implement a robust set of design standards and best practices • Interface with clients and other stakeholders to optimize project design and value • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical design packages • Maintain knowledge of industry codes and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Structural or related Engineering • 10+ years of civil and/or structural design and engineering, including 5+ years in PV or BESS • Professional Engineer license (one or more US states) • Experience leading a team of engineers and designers • Knowledge of AISC, ASCE, ANSI, ASTM and other applicable codes and standards • Proficiency in applicable engineering software including AutoCAD Civil 3D, L-Pile, and relevant civil and structural analysis software preferred • EPC experience preferred
