📋 Description
• Hire, supervise and mentor Project Managers. • Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and disciplined execution across project teams. • Manage and lead the final stages of development to finalize EPC contracts. • Ensure AHV Project teams are staffed and supported to successfully achieve all project milestones. • Establish and maintain consistent project controls, reporting standards, forecasting practices, and overall Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all assigned projects.
🎯 Requirements
• College degree required, bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred. • 10+ years of demonstrated success in Construction or High Voltage Substation or Transmission and Distribution Project Management. • Applicable experience: hiring, supervising and mentoring Project Managers. • PE License candidates preferred.
