📋 Description

• Oversee the overall performance of AHV’s EPC project portfolio. • Manage and lead the final stages of development to finalize EPC contracts. • Hire, supervise and mentor Project Managers. • Establish and maintain consistent project controls, reporting standards, forecasting practices, and overall SOPs across all assigned projects. • Provide executive oversight of procurement strategies to ensure alignment with project goals, risk mitigation, and commercial outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of demonstrated success in Construction or High Voltage Substation or Transmission and Distribution Project Management. • College degree required, bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred. • Executive level leadership and decision making. • Construction experience required: civil, mechanical and electrical (Medium to High Voltage). • Demonstrated success in senior Project or Portfolio leadership role. • PE License candidates preferred.
