📋 Description

• Manage the VP's calendar, communications, and daily operating rhythm with foresight • Plan and book multi-leg domestic and international travel (estimate 1 trip/month) • Act as a trusted liaison to senior leaders, investors, and cross-functional partners • Own expenses, team meeting agendas, action item tracking, and coordination • Lead planning and execution of team onsites, offsites, and executive events • Take on high-impact, time-sensitive projects across the org • Champion Samsara's operating principles and model them every day.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience supporting VP-level or above executives in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to operate with discretion, sound judgment, and high EQ in sensitive or ambiguous situations • Exceptional communication skills — you write, speak, and represent with polish and precision • A track record of building systems and processes that scale, not just executing tasks • Ability to maintain San Francisco business hours (Pacific Time), regardless of location • Flexibility to travel approximately once per month for onsites and executive support.
