📋 Description

• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing computer systems • Confer with personnel across organizational units to identify problems and gather input and output requirements • Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify systems • Review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine feasibility of requested changes • Perform studies and cost/benefit analyses of alternative solutions • Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules • Map data to legacy systems and third-party interface systems • Perform hands-on, end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces • Support training efforts related to the project • Prepare project documentation and perform other project tasks as needed • Support the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC)

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 • 8 years of experience as a business analyst in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations • 8 years of experience gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts • 8 years of experience performing hands-on, end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces • 4 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) • 2 years of experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting • 4 years of experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government) preferred • 2 years of experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system preferred • 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) preferred • 2 years of experience with SharePoint preferred • 1 year of experience with Jira preferred • 1 year of experience working with the Scrum framework preferred • 1 year of experience working with STAT preferred • Texas-based and Austin-based candidates are preferred • Availability to work outside normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if requested
