📋 Description

• Analyze business systems in the food systems and retail domain • Apply business applications analysis in a technical domain • Work with QSR/convenience-store hardware and technical architecture, including networks, firewalls, POS, and payments • Translate technical concepts into clear directives for development teams • Drive people, process, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment • Communicate and collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders • Facilitate discussions between technical and business staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) • Proven experience as a Business Applications Analyst, preferably in a technical domain • Strong understanding of QSR/Convenience store hardware and technical architecture (hardware, network, firewall, POS, payments, etc.) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear directives for development teams • Ability to effectively drive people, process, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders, including facilitating discussions between technical and business staff • Some IT network experience (routers, firewalls, etc.) is listed as a nice-to-have • Experience working with franchises and restaurant companies is listed as a nice-to-have
