📋 Description

• Support project and product delivery teams, reporting directly to the Manager, IT Business Analysis • Understand user needs, business systems, and industry requirements • Document requirements as epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for prioritized development • Interact with internal clients to understand functional requirements • Organize and facilitate meetings with Business, Design, Development, and other groups • Support documentation of system inputs, processes, outputs, interface mappings, and “As Is / To Be” business processes • Consult on functional testing of system modifications • Maintain project traceability by capturing requirements and linking test cases to requirements • Support defect capture and root-cause linking during UAT • Support pre-release testing to ensure delivered features align with agreed capabilities • Assist with training documentation and product details for the business • Collaborate with the Design Team during Agile Playbook Discovery • Participate in programs strengthening internal controls or improving client service and support • Provide RFP support through high-level requirements gathering, flow mapping, and demos • Support business case development, business analyses, and feasibility studies for technology initiatives • Perform other assigned duties and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Not a technical analyst, but a business analyst with some technical background/experience • Strong ADO experience • Flexible, jumping in where needed on the team • Quick learner across multiple areas/products; must become a product SME • Coordination skills to have cross-functional teams work together • Experience understanding functional requirements and translating them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Experience organizing and facilitating cross-functional meetings • Experience documenting business processes, including “As Is / To Be” states, system inputs, processes, outputs, and interface mapping • Experience with functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test cases, defects, and requirements traceability • Experience supporting Agile discovery and user requirement activities • Ability to support RFPs, business cases, business analyses, and feasibility studies • Ability to work remotely with quarterly travel • Must be available to step in immediately
