📋 Description

• Facilitate communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status, requirements clarity, and delivery recommendations • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from product owners and stakeholders • Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in Jira/Confluence • Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder review sessions with engineering and QA • Conduct gap analyses and workflow mapping to identify process improvements on the BX platform • Support UAT planning, test script preparation, and stakeholder sign-off • Produce BRDs, process flows, data dictionaries, and use case diagrams • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance activities • Serve as a bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams building healthcare technology • Transform complex clinical research needs into actionable engineering deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements from business and technical stakeholders in a software product environment • Experience authoring user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and process documentation • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing backlog priorities in Jira and Confluence • Experience supporting UAT planning and execution and liaising between business and QA teams • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence • Experience in clinical trials, healthcare IT, or regulated software environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) is good to have • 3+ years of business analysis experience in a software product or professional services environment • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills • English proficiency • CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification is desired • Familiarity with API concepts and ability to review technical specifications is desired • Experience in a multi-vendor delivery model is desired
