📋 Description

• Analyze business systems in the food systems and retail domain • Translate technical concepts into clear directives for development teams • Support people, process, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment • Communicate and collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders • Facilitate discussions between technical and business staff • Apply knowledge of QSR/convenience store hardware and technical architecture, including networks, firewalls, POS, and payments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) • Proven experience as a Business Applications Analyst, preferably in a technical domain • Strong understanding of QSR/convenience store hardware and technical architecture, including hardware, network, firewall, POS, and payments • Some IT network experience with routers and firewalls (nice to have) • Experience working with franchises and restaurant companies (nice to have) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear directives for development teams • Ability to drive people, process, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders, including facilitating discussions between technical and business staff
