📋 Description

• Support the Texas Health and Human Services Commission on the SHARP Data Engineering and Data Governance project. • Understand business objectives and problems and identify alternative solutions. • Perform studies and cost/benefit analysis of proposed alternatives. • Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer systems. • Confer with personnel of organizational units to analyze current operational procedures and identify problems. • Learn and document specific input and output requirements, including forms of data input, data summarization, and report formats. • Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. • Review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine feasibility of requested programs or program changes. • Independently perform a variety of complicated tasks relying on experience and judgment.

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years of experience using Informatica tools including Powercenter, IICS, IDMC, MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ, Customer360, Supplier360, and Entity360. • 10 years of experience establishing Master Data and Reference data for large organizations. • 10 years of experience implementing data quality rules using Informatica DQ. • Experience with Informatica MDM is preferred. • 4 years of experience working with enterprise scale data sets in Snowflake. • 4 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field; equivalent work experience may be substituted; a Master's degree or 6 years of experience is preferred. • 2 years of experience in healthcare or Public Health. • 2 years of experience at a state agency. • 2 years of experience with Python scripts for automation and interaction with APIs.
