📋 Description

• Ensure the health and expansion of Airbnb Hotels’ supply in San Diego and Palm Springs • Manage Hotels and acquire high-quality inventory • Develop acquisition strategies and generate and convert Hotel leads • Manage relationships with strategic partners and create new partnerships • Develop and refine scalable, localized supply management strategies • Build, manage, and expand partner relationships within the territory to surpass quarterly sales targets • Conduct optimization calls and business reviews with partners, including in-person support as needed • Manage and optimize the long tail of thousands of Hotels in the region • Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply within the assigned geography • Educate clients on product updates and relay product and public policy feedback to internal stakeholders • Use data to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities and allocate resources efficiently • Develop and implement engagement projects within the territory • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, legal, tax, and customer support teams • Analyze local market trends and inform internal and external stakeholders • Support software partnerships and ensure seamless experiences for hosts and guests • Represent Airbnb in external Hotel meetings and industry conferences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support • 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus • Proven ability to manage a leads pipeline and book of business • Proficient quantitative skills and ability to interpret and apply data • Ability to work at strategic and tactical levels and execute in ambiguous environments • Proven cross-functional collaboration experience • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to communicate effectively with clients by phone, email, and in person • Must be based in San Diego • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
