📋 Description

• Lead quarterly business reviews with repair partners and key stakeholders • Manage CRM-to-scorecard metrics with repair partners, planners, and stakeholders weekly, monthly, and quarterly • Collaborate with partners on pricing for new repair product introductions and pricing changes • Manage partner build plans against actual delivery • Resolve daily issues to improve on-time output • Drive continuous improvement of repair and operational processes with vendors • Serve as the primary strategic lead for one or more repair sites • Partner with technical leads, Service Planning, and cross-functional stakeholders to exceed performance metrics and meet quarterly build-plan targets • Balance operational excellence with strategic cost management across Cisco’s repair ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a vendor manager of a supply-chain partner in manufacturing, logistics, or repair, or 5+ years as a manager in a repair operation • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in business or engineering • Professional working proficiency in Spanish for daily coordination with international vendors and local clients • Demonstrated project management experience using standard PMP practices • PMP Certification preferred • Experience and comfort using AI tools, including giving requirements and Jibe coding • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence others • Experience in multiple supply-chain areas
