📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders across Homes and Marketing to grow high-quality host supply • Become the subject matter expert on how host leads are sourced, priced, and converted • Develop a point of view on which channels and tactics warrant further investment • Translate funnel performance, vendor economics, and marketing efficiency into business implications and recommendations • Own recommendations for senior leadership, not just the analysis • Own forecasting, goal setting, and executive reporting for lead generation • Build scalable frameworks connecting lead volume and quality to activation and revenue • Analyze stage-by-stage conversion and vendor productivity to identify lead loss, causes, and the value of fixing it • Optimize sales operations across in-house and vendor channels, including capacity planning, routing and prioritization logic, incentive structures, and cost-per-activation economics • Assess brand and search marketing efficiency relative to priority supply markets and recommend investment reallocations • Synthesize complex analysis into clear recommendations and influence cross-functional stakeholders toward alignment on high-impact investment decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in an analytical role such as strategic finance, strategy or management consulting, investment banking, financial planning and analysis, business operations, or private equity • Ownership of recommendations rather than analysis alone • Strong financial modeling skills • Ability to independently extract and interrogate large datasets • Working SQL proficiency • Demonstrated strategic thinking and a track record of translating ambiguous data into decisions senior leaders act on • Excellent executive communication, including leading with the recommendation, calibrating to the audience, and defending assumptions under live scrutiny • High ownership and sound judgment in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Rigorous attention to detail • Preferred: experience in lead generation, supply or customer acquisition, marketing mix and channel efficiency analysis, or evaluating the effectiveness of in-house and outsourced sales channels • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
