📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end Luxe listing onboarding operations • Build and run new listing acquisition and onboarding approaches with Sales and cross-functional teams • Identify and close tooling and process gaps to create durable systems and reduce manual workarounds • Manage program budgets and vendor relationships, including selecting external partners • Drive shared programs with peer leads from planning through execution • Take on new projects as team priorities evolve • Represent the team in internal meetings, cross-functional forums, and leadership settings • Track program metrics, diagnose performance issues, and implement corrective actions • Own Luxe's new listing onboarding process end-to-end and maintain a healthy pipeline • Partner cross-functionally to achieve growth targets

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program/operations management, sales or revenue operations, or supply chain operations in a high-growth, cross-functional environment • Proven track record owning a pipeline or funnel end-to-end, from design through steady-state operation, including budget and vendor accountability • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including building dashboards and using data to drive decisions • Advanced data analytics skills preferred, such as SQL • Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce, including building dashboards and reports, and diagnosing and resolving pipeline or automation issues • Ability to get things done with a sense of urgency and adapt quickly to changing priorities • Proven track record navigating a matrixed organization and building relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and technical teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the presence and judgment to represent the team in leadership settings • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and quality • Must be based in North America • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity • No relocation support available
