📋 Description

• Understand the competitive landscape and challenge the status quo • Influence design and product marketing teams toward a unified outcome • Define measurable objectives and key results • Define product strategy and create a roadmap • Align vision, OKRs, strategy, and roadmap with senior leaders and stakeholders • Prioritize work based on stakeholder input and iterate as needed • Maintain the product backlog and roadmap • Partner with senior technical leads and cross-functional leaders to execute the vision • Present product roadmaps and status updates to leadership • Lead high-profile projects and cross-team collaborations for Airbnb support experiences and platform capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or product design experience, with at least 5 of the 8 years in a product management role • Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt communication style for different audiences • Ability to appreciate and articulate great user experience • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience • Outcome-oriented approach • Experience working with partners beyond one's immediate cross-functional team in a product management or business role • Radical thinking paired with strong execution • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
