• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap • Lead prioritization across a broad inbound request landscape • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science • Build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders • Evaluate new product opportunities • Define goals and success through measurable objectives • Integrate AI thoughtfully into the product roadmap • Analyze product performance and drive continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of product management experience • Proven track record of setting product direction independently • Strong prioritization instincts • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Experience working on internal tooling or enterprise productivity products is a plus • Ability to partner credibly with engineering on technical strategy
