📋 Description

• Support clients with startup finance expertise in financial management, KPI tracking, board preparation, fundraising, and early-stage finance leadership • Build investor-grade, dynamic financial models and forecasts for strategic decisions including fundraising, hiring, go-to-market strategy, and scenario planning • Help clients build comprehensive financial plans for management and investor relations • Analyze clients’ financial results and write executive reports for startup C-suite teams • Identify and compile relevant KPIs • Assist in building out airCFO’s practice and developing new products • Contribute to internal initiatives supporting company growth • Gradually increase contribution to the strategic direction of the business while owning execution and client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience working in financial analysis, investment banking, management consulting, or technology startups in a similar role • 4+ years hands-on experience building & maintaining tools in Excel/Sheets • Advanced data analysis, modeling & forecasting skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prospect and market new services to existing and potential accounts • Basic knowledge of GAAP • Bachelor’s degree – Accounting or Finance preferred • MBA and/or CPA preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Applicants will be subject to a background check and employment reference check
