📋 Description

• Direct and manage delivery of projects from beginning to end, including creation of the Project Charter and Project Plan • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle • Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; in a technical field, healthcare field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience • In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare or business with significant portions managing IT projects or technology deployment projects • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or actively in progress of obtaining • 2+ years previous work experience in project support of similar experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
