• Lead engagements shaping direction and identifying business process changes • Recommend changes beyond the platform when needed • Design end-to-end solutions for enterprise workflows • Manage stakeholders and build coalitions • Adapt designs as customer reality evolves
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in client-facing delivery, consulting, or enterprise transformation • Business process transformation background • Professional services or management consulting background • Experience designing agentic workflows • Ability to communicate with C-level sponsors and technical stakeholders
