📋 Description

• Develop and maintain secure, reusable infrastructure as code for Azure and AWS target environments using established enterprise patterns and repositories • Build and maintain reusable CI/CD pipelines, scripts, and workflows for application migration, configuration, deployment, validation, rollback, and recovery • Automate security, compliance, configuration, and policy checks within build and deployment workflows • Create automated pre- and post-migration validation for infrastructure, applications, authentication, connectivity, configuration, and required services • Integrate approved security controls and guardrails with enterprise platform and security teams • Maintain source control, documentation, and reusable automation assets • Support migration teams and guide less experienced engineers in DevSecOps automation, secure pipeline practices, troubleshooting, and remediation • Work on a large-scale enterprise cloud migration from on-premises data centers to Azure and AWS

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen • Minimum five years of DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud automation, or infrastructure automation experience • Hands-on experience developing secure infrastructure as code using Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or similar tools • Experience building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools, including automated testing and security checks • Experience automating deployments in Azure and AWS cloud environments using secure identity, access-control, and configuration practices • Ability to work on issues of diverse scope under limited guidance and independently determine the approach to assignments • Experience with Azure Government or AWS GovCloud environments • Azure DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or relevant cloud security or automation certification • Strong scripting and automation experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages • Experience automating cloud migration, validation, rollback, recovery, or security-control tasks • Federal program delivery experience • Experience with GitHub, secure source-control practices, workflow automation, and GitHub Copilot • Familiarity with Zero Trust, DevSecOps automation practices, and practical use of AI technologies in IT delivery or cloud environments
