📋 Description

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products • Perform final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods in customers' homes • Build products to manufacturer specifications • Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients • Use mobile technology to support the work

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge and ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products • Ability to read and comprehend manufacturer's manuals and repair instructions • Must have your own transportation to and from repair sites • Must own hand and power tools • Experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications • Must have an EIN (federal tax ID) • Must comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements • DOT/MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs. • Must comply with state laws for the vehicle used to complete work • Must pass background and drug screens • Must pass an MVR check if driving • Commitment to exceptional customer service • Tech savvy with a mobile phone • Excellent communication skills
