📋 Description

• Maximize customers' value from Akamai solutions through strategic thinking, program management, technical acumen, pre-sales collaboration, and thought leadership • Move customers' key initiatives from concept to implementation • Own customer success and act as a trusted advisor • Perform research and assess trends influencing customer architecture and adoption decisions • Architect and manage web performance, cloud computing, and security solutions • Define account strategy and establish key relationships • Lead and mentor a cross functional team

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of experience • Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent • Experience in a customer-facing role • Understanding of the consulting process • Experience managing and delivering large technical programs • Knowledgeable on Devops, web performance, and core internet technologies such as DNS, TLS, and HTTP • Knowledgeable on information security fundamentals, common threats and vulnerabilities • Familiar with compute technologies and architecture principles • Basic skills to design, implement, and manage cloud-based systems • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
