📋 Description

• Map and document complex collector and admin workflows end-to-end • Partner with customers, operations, and onboarding teams to uncover detailed business requirements • Identify edge cases, regulatory considerations, and data dependencies • Translate business requirements into clear technical product specifications for engineering • Work with engineers to design robust data models • Ensure data integrity across third-party integrations • Lead roadmap planning for third-party integrations including skip tracing, letter vendors, payment portals, and ERP systems • Define requirements for API-based integrations, error handling, and synchronization frequency • Drive consistency across integration frameworks and reusable components • Bridge business stakeholders and engineers, ensuring clarity of requirements and tradeoff decisions • Collaborate on and prototype workflow UIs • Own feature lifecycles from ideation through launch and iteration • Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and data flow documentation • Partner with engineers to validate data flows and integration edge cases • Work closely with the founding team as the first product hire to build an automation platform

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping software • Understanding of databases and SaaS architecture • Ability to talk code or write code • Technical intuition for product design • Understanding of how databases, APIs, and frontends work together • Ability to assess what is easy, hard, and worthwhile in software development • Ability to understand relational data models, schemas, and entity relationships • Demonstrated success translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Excellent communication skills with executives, customers, and engineers
