📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities and requisition loads independently • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies • Work with Compensation or HR Business Partner to establish equitable compensation • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews for internal and external candidates • Generate candidate leads from passive candidate pools • Schedule interviews and facilitate collection of interview feedback • Provide hiring managers with updates on candidate pipelines, search progress, and challenges • Advise hiring managers on hiring decisions and escalate complex or sensitive situations • Partner with external recruiting vendors as needed • Coordinate pre-employment activities with TA or HR Coordinators and other stakeholders • Support a smooth onboarding experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of four (4) years full-cycle recruiting experience • Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes independently • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a high-volume environment • Strong business acumen and understanding of the business being recruited for • Proven success in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage 20+ requisitions • Demonstrated sourcing skills across multiple geographic regions • Ability to identify issues and determine when escalation is needed • Exceptional communication skills • Ability to influence hiring managers and provide constructive feedback • Experience using Workday Recruiting preferred • Experience using Gem AI preferred • Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
