📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of customers in a designated area to execute the sales plan • Screen the customer base for new opportunities, generate leads, and maintain the pipeline • Provide agreed levels of contact, service, and support to meet sales targets • Monitor sales against agreed targets, identify and report remedial actions, and implement them where necessary • Collect, report, and analyze customer feedback and information on present and future market trends to identify market penetration opportunities • Promote the company image and develop long-term customer relationships • Execute agreed sales and profitability targets within the assigned sales area

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge and work experience in the paints and coatings industry or any B2B industry environment • 3-5 years of work experience in commercial roles, sales and key account management, or sales to strategic accounts • Minimum Bachelor Degree in business management or related field • Masters of Business Administration in related field preferred • Stakeholder management, project management, decision making, creating value propositions, drive, results orientation, customer service orientation, problem solving, communication and presentation, commercial and business acumen • Basic understanding of cross-functional processes and financial concepts related to sales and cost to serve • Must be able to participate in and complete a qualitative and quantitative respirator fit test and use a respirator as required
