📋 Description

• Increase territory revenue by selling Alcon’s vision care portfolio of products • Promote Alcon’s innovative technology and partner with Eye Care Practitioners using a needs-based selling approach • Develop and grow account relationships while executing strategic plans • Set clear objectives for sales interactions based on decision-maker and influencer needs • Collaborate with colleagues to create executional plans addressing customer and organizational needs • Execute product marketing plans to drive customer behavior and product adoption • Attain quarterly and annual sales quotas • Meet call metrics, including reach and frequency to targeted accounts • Maintain compliance with regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs.; Assoc.+6 yrs.; M.S.) • 2 Years of Relevant Experience • Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English • Compliance with regulations • Must be eligible to work in the United States; employer participates in E-Verify
