📋 Description

• Support Alcon equipment throughout the Southeast territory at customer and demonstration sites • Handle complex technical tasks to ensure Alcon equipment functions according to specifications • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Alcon surgical equipment • Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and upgrades • Escalate issues to relevant engineering teams • Manage daily schedules and maintain timely communication with customers, dispatch, managers, regional teams, and cross-functional teams • Follow GxP regulations and SOPs while maintaining accurate and complete documentation • Complete required training and meet individual job requirements • Develop customer relationships to secure future business, including Annual Maintenance Contract and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract sales and renewals

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience • 2 years of relevant experience • Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English • Experience working with advanced medical devices and medical devices that use lasers • Familiarity with hospital operating room and surgery center protocols • Working knowledge of ServiceMax / CRM tools • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Approximately 30% overnight travel • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, maintain, upgrade, and test medical equipment • Ability to follow GxP regulations, SOPs, documentation, and quality-control requirements
