📋 Description

• Configure, install, troubleshoot, network, maintain, and train users on a wide variety of Ricoh products and services • Provide strategic analysis, consultative support, repairs, and solution development independently • Solve complex product and recurring technical problems • Lead technical problem-sharing efforts and instruct others on processes • Identify opportunities to increase utilization of Ricoh equipment, supplies, and services • Assemble, adjust, maintain, and share expertise on products and equipment according to specifications and documentation • Promote Ricoh support functions and offerings and manage customer needs • Manage personal schedules and assist with scheduling support for multiple solutions • Maintain productive relationships with customers and Ricoh personnel • Execute workload management and field-call handling procedures • Provide customer training, observe equipment and workflows, and present improvement solutions • Meet response-time, repair-time, quality, productivity, and cost-control objectives • Complete administrative tasks, logs, processes, reports, and time/activity tracking • Maintain assigned car stock and/or customer on-site inventory • Participate in Ricoh Extra Value program opportunities and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Valid state driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy for positions involving extensive personal-car use on company business • High school diploma required • Completed classes and experience involving computers, electronics, mechanics, basic networking, basic connectivity, and printing software applications desired • Meet the requirements in the Technology Services Training Role Inventory and Certification Program for the assigned role • Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications • Use of computers, mobile technology, and associated applications and/or systems • Ability to travel extensively daily by automobile between customer locations • Occasional overnight travel may be required • Ability to move wheeled objects up to 400 pounds and lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds • Ability to perform frequent stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, ladder use, and work at varying equipment heights • Dexterity with calculators, keyboards, hand tools, and eye/hand coordination • Ability to work shifts, overtime, standby, and/or on-call as required
