📋 Description

• Lead strategy and execution for partnership and go-to-market efforts across Aledade’s Risk Stratification / Risk Adjustment program • Own field, market team, practice, and end-user go-to-market efforts for Risk Stratification program- and product-related initiatives • Build strategic relationships and partnerships with payer partners to advance complete and accurate diagnosis documentation • Build strategic relationships with multi-specialty, enterprise, FQHC, and other large strategic practices on risk stratification topics • Identify, evaluate, contract, and execute new vendor and external partnerships • Provide strategic direction and subject matter expertise to junior Transformation team members • Lead cross-functional coordination across product, analytics, technology, performance, care programs, and other senior leaders • Start as a senior individual contributor with expected near-term growth into people management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in value-based care • 4+ years of experience in risk adjustment, risk stratification, EHR Overlay, Point of Care Insight Delivery, and/or scaled health tech operations • 2+ years of experience in a central organization hub partnering with provider stakeholders and/or field / market teams to design, launch, scale, and evaluate initiatives and support performance improvement • Advanced exploration of emerging AI tools; preference for demonstrated ability building, scaling, and/or teaching AI tooling • Expert Excel skills, including working with large, complex, incomplete datasets and advanced formulas such as Index / Match, XLOOKUP, and FILTER • Advanced PowerPoint skills, including storyboarding and executive-level materials development • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Excellent project management skills leading complex, cross-functional health care operations initiatives • Strong strategic planning, analytical, business analysis, prioritization, hypothesis-driven problem solving, and multitasking skills • Poise, confidence, and maturity with senior stakeholders • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion • Sitting for prolonged periods; extensive computer and keyboard use; occasional walking and lifting • 10+ years of progressive professional experience, or 7+ years with a Master’s Degree, strongly preferred
