📋 Description

• Shape winning proposals that help drive new business growth and deepen strategic partnerships • Partner with leaders across Product, Go-to-Market, Customer Experience, Service Operations, Information Technology, and executive teams • Lead high-impact RFx projects from kickoff through submission • Develop persuasive, customized proposal content that highlights customer value • Leverage innovative proposal technologies, AI-enabled writing tools, and knowledge management platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in proposal development, RFx management, or related fields within healthcare, employee benefits, fintech, or other highly regulated industries • Experience using proposal automation platforms such as Responsive (RFPIO) or similar solutions • Familiarity with AI-enabled writing and content management tools is preferred • Bachelor's degree in a related field • APMP Certification is a plus
