📋 Description

• Use source tools to identify and monitor incidents and potential threats globally • Identify events that could affect business continuity and the safety of customers and their employees • Communicate critical information effectively and urgently, providing updates as necessary • Deliver information with the highest level of accuracy and speed • Collaborate with the Global Intelligence team to continuously update sources and maintain monitoring and knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional business experience, particularly in roles demanding analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong judgment and decision-making skills based on given criteria • Ability to evaluate situations, establish priorities, and provide accurate information with urgency • General knowledge of current events • Understanding of existing social media platforms • Ability to learn and use a variety of tools and systems • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a larger team • Willingness to give and receive feedback on product, process, and performance • Language skills are a plus • Commitment to an agreed shift in a 24/7 team, with flexibility for evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays • Existing authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
