📋 Description

• Lead integrated delivery plans for client technology initiatives, including changes, enhancements, defects, regulatory changes, and strategic projects • Apply Agile and SDLC methodologies and maintain project governance • Oversee implementation and deployment across technical workstreams • Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, priorities, backlog health, resource constraints, and implementation readiness • Ensure technical solutions align with best practices and client requirements • Break complex initiatives into work packages and coordinate team assignments • Serve as subject matter expert on leave administration systems, leave plans, and technical solution design • Translate business and operational requirements into technical specifications and system configurations • Partner with clients, delivery teams, governance boards, and third-party vendors on scalable solutions and customization decisions • Support client acceptance testing and implementation readiness • Lead a matrixed delivery model across Product, Engineering, Configuration, Testing, Integration, and Offshore resources • Coordinate domestic and global delivery teams and maximize offshore resource utilization • Coach and mentor colleagues on system analysis, configuration, testing, and problem-solving • Champion continuous improvement, process optimization, standardization, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Leave Administration products, plan design, configuration, business processes, and operational workflows • Demonstrated experience leading configuration and technology delivery within a Leave Administration or related benefits environment • Experience coordinating work across Product, Engineering, Configuration, Testing, and Operations teams • Experience managing delivery through Agile and SDLC methodologies • Proven ability to drive resolution of complex delivery challenges involving multiple teams and dependencies • Successful completion of a background check, as applicable to the position • Work authorization in the employing country without current or future visa sponsorship requirement • Ability to participate in video interviews with camera on • Education, employment, criminal, sanctions/watch-list, credit, and/or drug checks may be required depending on the position
