📋 Description

• Support Health and Leave of Absence teams’ operational processes • Understand the health and leave administration process cycle and system functionality • Understand client specifics and applicable federal and local laws • Prepare monthly headcount reports for all clients to support billing activities • Receive, organize, and respond to client and participant correspondence • Process COBRA and DB&P participant payments, including copying and preparing deposits • Oversee postage machine maintenance and timely mailing of client communications and participant letters • Manage vendor reconciliations and produce activity reports • Conduct weekly COBRA audits to ensure compliance • Monitor leave administration mailboxes and faxes for new cases, extensions, and updates in the LOA system • Coordinate leave of absence communications, including orientation packages, SINOT employer forms, and return-to-work reminders • Perform FMLA recertifications and assign cases to LOA Client Specialists • Support case management through the 3-point medical contact process • Provide administrative and HRIS support, including updating employment statuses, processing transactions, and assisting with case tracking • Collaborate with Health and LOA teams to improve efficiency, service quality, and processes through automation, standardization, and system enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma is a must or Bachelors • Communication skills in English and Spanish • Computer literacy and excellent Excel skills • Experience or knowledge in Health and Leave of Absence • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail • Work authorization in the employing country without current or future visa sponsorship requirement • Successful completion of a background check, as applicable • Ability to participate in video interviews with camera on
