📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Leadership to align product strategy, roadmap priorities, and execution objectives • Translate strategic initiatives into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog according to business goals and stakeholder feedback • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives • Clarify business rules, workflows, and edge cases for product development • Partner with QA teams to align test cases with requirements and validate acceptance criteria • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams • Support enhancements to healthcare navigation solutions integrating digital tools with human-supported services • Track sprint progress and delivery outcomes • Incorporate user feedback into backlog updates • Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile processes and team workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, benefits, or digital health product development • Experience building or supporting healthcare navigation, care coordination, or benefits navigation platforms • Experience delivering user-centered digital products • Experience supporting Agile development teams through backlog management, sprint planning, and ceremonies • Ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • U.S. citizenship required; proof of citizenship required at hire • Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship • Successful completion of a background check and potentially other role-dependent checks
