📋 Description

• Serve as the primary client contact for Health Benefits delivery, including reporting, requirements definition, and service inquiries • Maintain ongoing client relationships and regular communication with key stakeholders • Evaluate, manage, and resolve complex operational and technical challenges • Understand Alight technology solutions to serve client needs • Organize, plan, and lead internal and external meetings • Oversee projects from initiation to completion and provide subject matter expertise • Utilize ad hoc reporting, Google Analytics, and Advanced Table Editor • Assist with escalations and provide client consultation • Serve as a subject matter expert for service-specific and common client requirements • Collaborate with a global client-delivery team • Execute the client solution roadmap • Develop domain and operational expertise within the client team • Manage and deliver client reporting, including non-standard reporting needs • Guide and support the team in adopting best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Ability to translate concepts into client requirements that drive technology and process solutions • Project and client management experience • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Leadership and coaching skills • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to facilitate effective conversations with internal and external clients • Health Welfare/Annual enrollment experience • Ability to guide and support the team in adopting best practices • Must have work authorization in the Employing Country without requiring current or future visa sponsorship • Successful completion of applicable background checks
