• Lead efforts to maximize operational performance for an assigned Insurance Partner • Improve operational metrics and client results across division, market, and shop levels • Train, coach, and develop operations teams on Gerber’s core business practices and Insurance Partner DRP requirements • Serve as the main point of contact for the Insurance Partner and manage communication with operations teams • Prepare audit reports using Domo and Client Score Cards to identify issues and communicate findings • Conduct internal audits on insurance KPIs, estimating practices, and WOW operating procedures • Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives for underperforming repair centers • Communicate performance levels and improvement plans to divisional, regional, market, shop, and Insurance Partner stakeholders • Train and coach leaders on WOW repair processes, estimating practices, repair percentage, alternative parts utilization, judgment time, and file documentation • Participate in Regional and Market leadership calls and Client calls • Support training and implementation of processes and procedures related to new acquisitions • Extract and analyze data from internal reporting tools • Monitor and evaluate Insurance Partner scorecard performance • Recommend operating initiatives to improve repair center performance
• Post-secondary education or professional equivalent experience • 3 years of previous experience in a collision repair environment or similar role • 3 years of comprehensive knowledge of Insurance Partner guidelines, procedures, and Scorecard metrics • Valid Driver’s License required • Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure • Comprehensive knowledge of the estimating process • Ability to build and maintain business relationships • Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Well-developed organizational and prioritization skills • Working knowledge of vehicle repair practices • Understanding of key shop metrics, client expectations, and their impact on financial performance • Extensive knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) and estimating systems • Ability to develop and maintain effective professional working relationships across all organizational levels • Ability to travel in assigned markets and support other markets as requested
