📋 Description

• Identify, design, and deliver scalable automation and AI-enabled workflow solutions • Assess business processes and define solution requirements with Operations leaders • Lead the design, development, deployment, and optimization of automation initiatives • Serve as the primary technical expert for the Automation & AI function • Partner with operational teams to streamline workflows using workflow automation, RPA, low-code platforms, APIs, system integrations, intelligent document processing, and approved AI technologies • Own solution architecture, configuration, development, testing, deployment, support, and adoption • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance requirements • Lead automation initiatives from discovery through deployment and continuous improvement • Communicate technical concepts and solution tradeoffs to operational and executive stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in workflow automation, software development, intelligent automation, AI solution delivery, or related fields • Experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting production automation solutions • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and providing technical leadership • Proficiency with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, ServiceNow, or similar tools • Experience with APIs, integrations, SQL, scripting, source control, testing, and production support • Experience evaluating business processes, gathering requirements, and measuring business outcomes • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent education and relevant experience in lieu of a degree • Ability to lead automation initiatives from discovery through deployment and continuous improvement • Strong business process analysis and process improvement skills • Ability to communicate technical concepts and solution tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, documentation, and project delivery skills • Knowledge of secure development practices, access controls, data protection, change management, and operational resiliency • Understanding of responsible AI principles, governance, monitoring, and human oversight • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing and evolving environment • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and adaptability
