📋 Description

• Develop and implement data models and frameworks linking operational KPIs and shared services metrics to financial outcomes • Translate performance drivers into actionable financial insights • Establish and maintain frameworks for analyzing and reporting fixed versus variable costs • Build systems and processes to monitor cost behavior across departments • Modernize forecasting and budgeting methodologies by integrating real-time operational data • Define, track, and report the financial implications of operational KPIs with department leaders • Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of a new financial planning system • Partner with IT, Operations, Clinical Services, and other business units to align financial goals with operational realities • Drive adoption of new financial practices and tools • Support change management, capability building, system adoption, and data-driven decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial systems, or finance transformation roles, ideally in healthcare or managed care • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field or equivalent work experience • Strong technical and analytical skills, including experience working with large datasets, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools • High level of competence with financial planning systems such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Oracle, or Workday Adaptive Planning • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects, especially financial system implementations and process improvements • Deep understanding of fixed vs. variable cost structures, KPI frameworks, and performance management • Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex analysis into business insights • Comfortable with change and ambiguity in a high-growth environment • Must work PST hours
