📋 Description

• Prepare Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including KPI consolidation, presentation development, and executive-level trend synthesis • Manage weekly and monthly reporting cadences by gathering, validating, and analyzing cross-functional metrics • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, trackers, reporting tools, and operating-rhythm documentation • Drive quarterly reforecasting by collecting GTM and operational inputs and supporting channel forecasting models • Evaluate forecasting assumptions and data inputs for accuracy, consistency, and reliability • Create executive-ready presentations and summary materials for reforecasting and business reviews • Lead quantitative analyses of GTM channel performance, operational initiatives, and strategic priorities • Develop and maintain Excel-based financial and operational models for planning and decision-making • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and other cross-functional teams to gather, interpret, and communicate business insights • Deliver data-driven recommendations and actionable insights supporting operational improvements and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or another analytical field • At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, or a related analytical field • Experience supporting executive reporting, business reviews, forecasting, or operational planning processes • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and data analysis • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations • Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership • Ability to meet deadlines with motivation and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams • Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple concurrent workstreams • Self-starter mentality and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
