📋 Description

• Design, produce, and analyze customer operations data • Create and maintain reports for business operations and special projects related to operational processes • Use applications, databases, information systems, statistical tools, and analytical principles to monitor and analyze information supporting the business • Assist in implementing, maintaining, and improving information systems

🎯 Requirements

• Three years of related experience in Operations, IT, or Reporting (Required) • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) • Knowledge of numerous applications, databases, information systems, statistical tools, and analytical principles • Ability to design, produce, and analyze customer operations data • Ability to create and maintain business operations reports • Ability to assist with information-systems implementation, maintenance, and improvement • No specific certification or licensure requirements
