Alkami Technology is a digital banking software company that provides a cloud-based Digital Sales & Service Platform for banks and credit unions. Alkami serves financial institutions (retail and business customers) and offers integrations, developer tools, and implementation support to drive deposit growth, reduce churn, and improve operational efficiency.

📋 Description

• Configure Alkami Digital Banking products and third-party integrations for client onboarding and enhancement initiatives • Independently manage assigned technical implementation tasks, coordinate timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards • Troubleshoot implementation and configuration issues by analyzing system behavior, logs, and technical documentation • Install, configure, and customize platform functionality and validate system performance • Collaborate with project managers, client stakeholders, product teams, vendors, support, engineering, and customer-facing teams • Execute implementation test plans, document results, and validate platform configurations • Coordinate third-party vendor integrations, validate connectivity, and troubleshoot interface issues • Create and maintain configuration records, technical procedures, issue tracking details, and project artifacts • Analyze client requirements, identify dependencies, and recommend configuration approaches • Provide technical support during implementation and post-go-live activities • Apply implementation best practices, security standards, and quality controls • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow or documentation enhancements • Contribute technical insights, update team resources, and assist with onboarding or mentoring less experienced team members • Balance project timelines, technical troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication across concurrent engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience supporting software implementations, technical consulting, systems configuration, or client onboarding in SaaS, fintech, banking technology, or related environments • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field • Experience configuring software platforms or supporting technical implementation projects • Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies and technical issue resolution practices • Experience with relational databases such as Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle, or MySQL • Ability to analyze implementation requirements and apply configuration solutions • Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience managing multiple priorities and implementation timelines • Ability to work independently within established implementation processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience documenting technical procedures, configurations, and implementation activities • Preferred: experience supporting digital banking, fintech, or financial services technology platforms • Preferred: familiarity with APIs, system integrations, or data exchange processes • Preferred: proficiency with C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript • Preferred: experience with project management, ticketing, or documentation platforms • Preferred: exposure to SaaS implementation methodologies or customer onboarding processes • Preferred: experience supporting client-facing technical projects in a cross-functional environment • Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment • Alkami cannot offer employment sponsorship at this time
