📋 Description

• Lead complex implementation projects by developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules and coordinating cross-functional activities • Serve as the primary implementation lead for assigned customers and manage communication throughout the implementation lifecycle • Coordinate implementation activities across Product Development, Customer Success, Technical Consulting, Technical Implementation, Engineering, Customer Support, and vendor teams • Analyze project risks, dependencies, operational challenges, and impacts; develop mitigation strategies • Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects across products, customer segments, and complexity levels • Facilitate customer-facing implementation meetings, document action items, and ensure milestone accountability • Manage Jira tickets, project backlogs, and customer-reported issues • Monitor development activities, sprint progress, release schedules, and product dependencies • Prepare status reports, meeting records, implementation plans, risk assessments, and customer communications • Collaborate with customers and vendors to gather configuration requirements and track technical dependencies • Align project objectives with customer business goals and operational readiness requirements • Communicate implementation status, risks, escalations, and delivery impacts to leadership and customer stakeholders • Identify delivery inefficiencies, recommend process enhancements, and support operational scalability • Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one functional area and contribute to best practices • Support and mentor less experienced project managers

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience leading implementation projects, customer onboarding initiatives, project delivery programs, or client-facing operational engagements within SaaS, fintech, banking technology, or related environments • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field • Advanced experience managing complex implementation projects and customer-facing delivery activities • Strong project scheduling, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills • Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels • Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience managing project risks, escalations, and implementation dependencies • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, Slack, or similar platforms • Strong analytical, organizational, and customer relationship management skills • Ability to drive customer-centric implementation experiences while balancing operational priorities • Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment • Preferred: Experience supporting fintech, SaaS, or digital banking implementation projects • Preferred: Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies • Preferred: Working knowledge of SQL, technical implementation concepts, or integration coordination activities • Preferred: Experience contributing to process optimization or operational improvement initiatives • Preferred: Experience mentoring project coordinators or junior project managers • Preferred: Exposure to project financial management, forecasting, or resource planning activities
