📋 Description

• Create and schedule organic content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Edit short-form video, including Reels, TikToks, and clips from live shows • Support live streams on Restream through promotion, chat engagement, and post-show repurposing • Write captions, hooks, and calls to action that drive DMs, inquiries, and deposits • Create content conveying exclusivity, insider access, and elevated service • Respond to comments and DMs and follow up with prospects in a concierge tone • Track inquiries, qualified leads, and deposits and report weekly • Build social proof through traveler testimonials, countdown content, and urgency campaigns • Help convert views into inquiries and inquiries into booked travelers

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a marketing, communications, business, or related program (or equivalent hands-on experience) • Strong working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook • Comfortable with CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools • Excellent writing skills and a good eye for luxury branding • Organized, self-motivated, and reliable with deadlines • Interest in travel, culture, and Africa and the diaspora is a plus • Bonus: experience with email marketing, CRM tools, or sales follow-up • Submit a resume and a link to a portfolio or sample social content • Commit to 10-15 hours per week • Ability to work remotely, with New York/Eastern time zone preferred
