📋 Description

• Launch Allara Health’s Psychiatry Service Line • Develop protocols for mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and PMDD, including medication management and therapeutic modalities • Design behavioral health safety and escalation protocols • Build hiring rubrics and assessment frameworks for PMHNP candidates • Participate in initial PMHNP interviews with the clinical team • Treat a panel of patients, allocating 50% of post-launch time to patient care • Supervise PMHNPs • Provide case consultations • Support ad-hoc escalations • Collaborate with clinical and operations leadership on psychiatric-care infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Active board certification in Psychiatry through ABPN or AOBNP • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered medical license in California, Florida, New York, or Texas; IMLC license may be considered if willing to obtain an eligible state license • Minimum 5 years of post-residency clinical experience as a practicing psychiatrist, focused on outpatient care • Demonstrated experience treating depression, anxiety, and PMDD at the intersection of hormonal and mental health • Experience supervising or collaborating with PMHNPs or other advanced practice providers • Ability to develop scalable clinical protocols, safety standards, and hiring frameworks • Exceptional written and verbal communication and virtual patient-care skills • Comfortable using EMR, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms • Prior telehealth or high-growth care delivery experience preferred • Experience designing behavioral health safety and escalation protocols preferred
