📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and other information • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video • Offer general movement, sleep, or stress-management advice as needed and related to nutrition care • Use Allara’s nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior-change techniques throughout continuity of care • Collaborate with APRNs and MDs involved in patients’ medical management • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records • Dedicate at least 10 patient-facing hours per week in addition to administrative time • Complete charting, address patient inquiries, and respond promptly to administrative tasks and messages

🎯 Requirements

• Current Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • At least one year of experience treating patients with complex women’s health conditions is strongly desired • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Dietitian in at least one U.S. state • Ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfort working across EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Prior telehealth experience is a plus • Ability to schedule at least 80% of weekly contracted hours during specified evenings, Fridays, and/or weekend windows • Two professional references: a past or current supervisor and coworker from within the past five years • Authorization considerations include whether visa sponsorship is required to continue working in the United States
