📋 Description

• Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and more • Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video • Offer general movement, sleep, or stress management advice as needed and related to nutrition care • Use Allara’s provided nutrition training and educational materials while adapting care to patient needs • Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques throughout continuity of care • Collaborate with APRNs and MDs involved in patients’ medical management • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week in addition to administrative time • Complete charting, address patient inquiries, and respond to administrative tasks and messages promptly

🎯 Requirements

• Current Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) • At least 1 year of experience treating patients with complex women’s health conditions is strongly desired • Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider • Strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with compassion and clarity • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting • Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research • Comfortable working with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools • Prior telemedicine experience is a plus • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Dietitian in at least one U.S. state is required • Availability for at least 80% of weekly contracted hours during specified evening, Friday, and/or weekend windows • Minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week plus administrative time
